New Voice Mail!
Hager
Telecom is pleased to announce our new voice mail system
offering you many advanced voice messaging features. Here's
what you need to know to get started. We recommend printing
these instructions for future reference.
To
access your NEW voice mailbox, follow these steps:
- DIAL
792-8888
- ENTER
YOUR MAILBOX NUMBER - Your home phone number with area
code
- ENTER
9999 AS YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD followed by the
# key - The system will prompt you to change your
password. My New Password is: ______________________
- RECORD
YOUR GREETING - Follow the "Record Your Greeting"
instructions shown below

Features to Use:
- Quick
Dialing:
Simply dial *48 from your home phone to access
your voice messages. You will then be prompted for your
password.
- Auto
Login:
Retrieve your messages without entering your ten digit
phone number and password. This feature will only work
from your home phone. To activate this option, listen
to the menu selections during your initial set-up.
Record
Your Greeting:
1.
Access your voice mailbox
2. Press 9 for the mailbox setup menu
3. Press 1 for greeting options
4. Press 4 to record your greeting
5. Record your greeting and then press #
6. Press 2 to keep your greeting

Reminder
- If you have messages that need to be retrieved from your
old voice mailbox, they will be available until June 28th.
